Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our kitchen in downtown Brattleboro. This role keeps the heart of the kitchen running — prepping ingredients, supporting the line, and keeping the dish station moving so service stays on track. What You'll Do Prep ingredients before and during service — chopping veggies, portioning, and getting dishes ready to go Keep the dish station organized and running smoothly throughout service Step in on dishwashing as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen Support cooks during rushes and jump in where the team needs you Follow food safety and hygiene standards What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and brings a good attitude every shift Stays organized in a fast-paced environment Team player who's not afraid to get their hands dirty Some kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus Able to adapt and react quickly when service picks up Details Part-time Hourly pay based on experience Weekly paychecks Tip pool (Adds $4-$5/hr to base pay) A small, close-knit team with real opportunity to grow — we invest in people who show up, master their craft, and want to build something with us
