Seeking a team player that is passionate about the preparation of high quality food using local products. Reliability is a key requirement for this position! The ideal candidate should be organized, have a sense of urgency and be willing to satisfy the needs of our guests.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand continuously for extended periods. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, climb stairs, reach overhead, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to handle sharp utensils and operate food production equipment. Ability to work under strenuous and heated conditions. Previous professional line cook skills desired.
