Nighttime Baker/ Prep Cook

Night Time Baker / Prep Cook We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Night Time Baker / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in consistency and cleanliness, and thrives in an overnight or early morning environment. Responsibilities Prepare baked goods, doughs, batters, fillings, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards Complete nightly food prep for the following day's service Operate bakery and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs Label, date, and properly store all food products Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with opening prep and ensure products are ready before morning service Qualifications Previous baking, kitchen prep, or food service experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay productive during shifts Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Early morning, night time, weekend, and holiday availability may be required Schedule Full-time or part-time available Late evening shifts Flexible scheduling depending on business needs

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
