Crew Member Responsibilities:
Customer Service Crew Member:
Take and prepare guest orders accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, fast, and welcoming service Ensure a clean and positive guest experience
Cook Crew Member:
Prepare KFC's world-famous chicken to quality standards Support teammates by ensuring product availability for orders Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
