Full Job Description Oak View Group:

Position Summary:
The Line Cook will take orders and prepare and serve food to the guest. This person will work at one or all of our few stations, to include grill, fryer, deli, specials stations, and baking. This role pays an hourly rate of $19.00
  • $21.
00 and is tip eligible.

Venue:
Here at Green River Community College, we are open Monday
  • Thursday 7am
  • 5pm and Friday 7am
  • 2pm.
We serve the students and staff that are on campus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We offer a variety of stations, from Breakfast Grill, Lunch Grill, Fryer, Deli, and Special Stations. We also do caterings throughout the week and events like weddings to auctions on the weekends, where overtime will be available.
Responsibilities:
Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge of all areas in the cafeteria operations. Excellent customer service skills, as you will be working directly with the guests. Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to the sous chef. Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes. Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred. Experience using grills and fryers is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers & guests. Baking experience is a plus. Strengthened by our Differences. United to Make a
