What You'll Do Every shift is a little different, but you can expect to: Cook classic diner favorites in a fast-paced short-order kitchen Prep ingredients and stock your station Keep your workspace clean and organized Help with dishes and kitchen projects when needed Jump in wherever the team needs support We cross-train our kitchen staff, so you'll have opportunities to learn both line cooking and prep cooking. What We're Looking For You don't need decades of experience—we're looking for someone with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

You are:

Reliable and show up ready to work Friendly and communicate well with others Able to stay productive during both busy rushes and slower periods Comfortable working as part of a team Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Requirements Valid Washington State Food Worker Card Available to work weekends and some holidays Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties Able to lift up to 50 pounds Pay & Benefits Starting Pay $20/hour base wage Plus $2-4/hour average cash tips Typical starting earnings: $22-24/hour Additional Benefits Free shift meal every shift Employee discount when off the clock $100 wellness bonus after your 90-day introductory period Floating paid day off after 90 days Performance review with opportunity for a raise after 90 days Additional hours often available through shift coverage and holidays A Quick Note This position is for our kitchen team .
