BOH Prep/Cook/Expo

Backpacker Pizza is a scratch-made pizza restaurant in the heart of downtown Camas. Since opening, we've been incredibly welcomed by our guests, and are excited to continue growing our team. We're looking for someone who wants to learn and be a part of something truly awesome here in the community.

The Job - This is a utility role. You will move between prep work and expediting depending on what the shift needs. If you're organized, quick on your feet, and want to build real kitchen skills this has potential to be a great fit. You'll split your time between prep work and station set up before service and expediting during it keeping tickets organized, plates correct, and the kitchen moving. Expect to wear a few hats and jump in wherever the shift needs you.

Who we're looking for - We're looking for someone organized, who can communicate well in a team setting, is calm under pressure, and is genuinely interested in learning not just filling a shift. Kitchen or food service experience helps, but we'll train the right person.
