Job Description
Matia Kitchen on Orcas Island is hiring cooks immediatly for our Summer season, as well as looking for year round cooks with lot of potential for professional advancement. Are you a well rounded cook with an interest in fermentation, seasonality, live-fire cooking, menu development, and a holistically minded approach to restaurants?
