We at Matia Kitchen are looking for some talented, well rounded, creative people to fill out our team for the Winter off season, and as well as looking for seasonal folk for the 2027 high season. We are moving to winter hours starting October

• Thursday through Sunday and need a couple more skilled cooks to round out our smaller team.

Do you like working with local produce, fermentation, cooking with live fire, exploring the sweet and savory portions of the kitchen, animal butchery, foraging... Matia can offer experience with all. We are a high level kitchen with a more laid back/ non-conventional approach to high-end dining. We are hiring cooks immediately, but also will be looking for some seasonal employees from May
