High end Steak & Seafood, full or part time. Room for advancement. Grill experience
Compensation:
$25-$28/hr. base pay + tips We're looking for a skilled Grill/Saute Cook to join our team. At Salt & Iron, we value quality food, a positive atmosphere, and continuous learning. Saturday/Sunday brunch availability (7:00-3:00) is required.

Position Overview:
As a Line Cook, you will set up your workstation, prepare menu items, and maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area. You'll follow recipes, ensure proper plate presentation, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Ability to work well under pressure Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed) High school diploma or equivalent vocational training Culinary training or apprenticeship preferred Experience with computerized POS systems preferred Customer service experience is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, slippery, or noisy environments Frequent walking, standing, climbing stairs, and physical exertion Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs
