Fall City, WA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM About the Role Treehouse Kitchen prepares ready-to-heat meal kits for busy families, food production for local restaurants and businesses, and catering for events and weddings.

This is a prep-focused kitchen. About 95% of the work is thoughtful food prep and production, no tickets, no dining room, no service chaos. We work hard, stay organized, and make good food in a low-stress, dynamic team-driven environment.
Shift :
Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM. Catering/events require some weekends and some flexibility, with advance notice. What You'll Do Wash, chop, portion, and prepare ingredients for daily production Follow prep lists, recipes, and production schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation Label, date, store, and rotate products using FIFO practices Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and packing orders Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of quality and consistency What We're Looking For Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Positive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational skills Openness to feedback and a desire to learn and grow Attention to detail and commitment to food quality Ability to lift and move kitchen supplies and stand for extended periods Pay & Benefits Up to $26/hour DOE Health insurance 401(k) Supportive leadership and a clear vision for growth Consistent daytime schedule If you love cooking but don't love the grind of restaurant service, this may be exactly what you've been looking for.
