Brix 25 is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team in beautiful Gig Harbor. We're a fine dining dinner house celebrating Pacific Northwest cuisine, local wines, and craft cocktails in an elegant, water-view setting. The Role:

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for:

Executing dishes with precision and consistency during dinner servicePreparing components and mise en place for your stationCollaborating with kitchen leadership and fellow cooks to maintain high standardsWorking efficiently during busy service periodsMaintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness standardsContributing to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture

What We're Looking For:

You have solid line cooking experience, a strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for fine dining. You communicate well with your team, take pride in your plating, and are eager to grow your skills in a scratch kitchen environment.

Schedule:

Thursday Sunday, 4 ten-hour shifts per week.
