The Role:

You'll be responsible for executing our 19-item menu with precision and consistency.

Your key responsibilities include:

Preparing and plating dishes during lunch and dinner serviceManaging kitchen operations independently during assigned shiftsMaintaining high food quality and safety standardsLearning our systems quickly and adapting to our evolving menuCollaborating with the team to keep service running smoothlyTaking initiative to problem-solve in a small kitchen environmentDaily prep of line items when required.
