Whether you're preparing delicious food, crafting perfect coffee beverages, assisting with retail transactions, or leading the team as a manager, your enthusiasm and dedication will drive our success. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Craft specialty coffee drinks and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care, utilizing barista skills to delight customers Assist customers at the counter with retail sales transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and retail spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently by practicing effective time management and prioritization during busy hours Support the team in inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring product freshness and presentation Lead by example as a manager or supervisor, motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational standards Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred, including barista experience and food preparation skills Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling, and beverage preparation techniques Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and processing transactions accurately Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Prior experience with coffee making or beverage service is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a lively environment that values energy, teamwork, and dedication.
