The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen in addition to managing your dish and prep cooks. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and handling practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and safety Qualifications Strong background in cooking and restaurant experience highly desirable Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Experience with eggs Experience in the food industry or culinary field is required.
