You'll be responsible for cooking and plating food for service as well as maintaining a clean workspace. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meals according to established menus, company standards, and safety standards Stock station as you go Handle food with care, following proper food safety protocols and hygiene practices Cook and properly plate burgers, fries, and other menu items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Contribute to food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly with team members and front of house staff Qualifications Previous cook experience preferred Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments is advantageous Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices is essential. Have or be able to obtain a WA food handlers card Weekend availability a must Flat top experience is a plus Experience in the food industry or kitchen settings that involve food service or catering roles is valued Ability to work in a team setting and multitask is a must 18+ Pay $18-$22/HR depending on experience Generous tip pool Come Join our team!
