  • Part-time, Seasonal, Full-time Prep Cook We are looking for a reliable and motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is eager to grow their culinary skills and experience in a professional kitchen environment. What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet expectations Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Desire to learn, develop, and advance in a culinary career Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards Responsibilities Perform all aspects of food preparation, including vegetable, protein, and recipe prep Demonstrate safe and effective chef knife skills Operate kitchen equipment including Robo Coupe food processors and meat grinders Follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen standards with attention to detail Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily prep projects and production needs Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station Properly store, label, and rotate food products Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices Experience using common kitchen tools and equipment preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork If you're looking for an opportunity to build your culinary skills, work with a supportive team, and grow your career in the kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.
