Job Description The Fairwood Golf and Country Club has an opening for a serious minded Culinarian that can bring a diverse set of skills to the day-to-day food operation. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and skills for running a line with a diverse menu offering to a private Membership and Private eves.

What you offer:

Dependable and Punctual Flexibility of Availability (days/nights/weekends/holidays) Able to work with BOH Team as well as FOH Team for total Club Team Strong Knife Skills Maintain an Organized and clean workspace. A minimum of two (2) years line experience But will trade for eagerness to learn. Must follow Club food production protocols, menu and give input for change to Chef.
