Position Summary As a Line Cook, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards and every guest leaves happy. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are key. This is a non-exempt position, with a starting compensation of $21.30/hour plus tips . Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook food with a focus on quality and presentation. Communicate warmly and effectively with guests and coworkers. Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic cooking methods and techniques. Operate food machinery and perform daily kitchen tasks and side work. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Stand for extended periods and occasionally lift/move items weighing 50+ pounds. Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a valid Food Handlers Card. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for creating great food. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. A friendly, welcoming, and positive demeanor.
