Line Cook Solette RooftopAt Solette, we are building a rooftop dining experience centered around elevated hospitality, seasonal ingredients, and a high-energy kitchen culture. We are looking for passionate and driven Line Cooks who take pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and teamwork.

This is an opportunity to work in a polished, chef-driven environment focused on refined technique, attention to detail, and professional growth. Ideal candidates thrive under pressure, communicate well, and are committed to maintaining the highest culinary standards during service.

Responsibilities include:

Executing dishes with consistency, precision, and urgencyMaintaining station organization, cleanliness, and prep levelsFollowing recipes, plating standards, and kitchen systemsWorking collaboratively with the culinary team during serviceUpholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications:
1+ years of kitchen experience preferredStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysDesire to learn and grow within a professional kitchen environment
