Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic to join our culinary team, bringing passion and expertise to our dining environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Your enthusiasm for culinary arts and exceptional service will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic food industry setting while supporting our commitment to quality dining experiences. Responsibilities Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards Prepare ingredients and cook food items using proper techniques, including knife skills and food handling procedures Support the dietary department by preparing specialized meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times Serve food to guests or customers efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience Help with catering events and large-scale meal preparations as needed Follow all food industry safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and handling of ingredients Skills Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience preferred Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques Experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly advantageous Knowledge of menu planning and meal assembly processes Excellent food handling and safety practices, including knife skills and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen or food service setting Familiarity with catering services, serving protocols, and kitchen operations Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values culinary excellence, exceptional service, and continuous growth.
