In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and safety standards. Your enthusiasm and culinary skills will contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper sanitation of utensils, surfaces, and equipment Assist in meal preparation for various service periods, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and maintain smooth workflow Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients responsibly to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food as needed Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings; dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills with slicing techniques and familiarity with various cooking methods Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in meal presentation Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff effectively Prior food industry or culinary experience preferred; catering experience is advantageous Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food handling, and safety regulations Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
