Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items including burgers, fries, appetizers, and specialty dishes with precision and consistency Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep stations safely and efficiently Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment Engage in food production tasks like grilling, frying and food handling to meet high-volume demands Collaborate with team members during meal preparation to deliver timely service Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation for freshness Experience Proven restaurant or food industry experience with a focus on food preparation and kitchen operations Strong cooking background with short order line cook experience preferred; adept in cooking techniques such as grilling, frying and knife skills Knowledge of food safety management practices including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling protocols Experience in recipe adherence, and high-volume production environments Familiarity with operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings Join us as an Experienced Cook at Pint House Burgers & Brews where your cooking talents will be celebrated!
