Job Description
Purple Cafe in Woodinville is looking for candidates to join our Kitchen team. Experience working in fast pace and high volume restaurants is key to success in this role. We are looking for people who have flexible schedules and a passion to learn and grow within Heavy Restaurant Group. As a line cook, you will be a crucial part of the culinary team at Heavy. You will be responsible for ensuring your respective station's "mise en place" is in proper order and to execute your stations specified dishes throughout the duration of service. This includes, but is not limited to, checking to make sure your dishes are prepped properly for service both in terms of quality and quantity, understanding your respective "pick up steps" for each dish off your station, understanding what your "mise en place" and completed dished should taste like, breaking down your station in a timely manner when appropriate, etc. As a line cook, you will help ensure we are upholding our standards for quality and consistent execution in both our food and kitchen operation.
