Job Description
Job Summary B.B. Jack's Antigo is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team oriented Line Cooks to join our growing team! As a third-generation, family-owned business and longtime staple in the community, B.B. Jack's is known for great food, plenty of laughs, and a welcoming family atmosphere. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and brings a positive attitude to every shift. If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to become part of the B.B. Jack's family, we'd love to hear from you! Duties Prepare and cook food consistently according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations while ensuring every plate is served fresh and properly presented. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen , managing multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and keeping ticket times on track. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation by following proper food-handling, sanitation, and food-safety procedures. Communicate and work as a team with fellow cooks, servers, and managers to keep the kitchen running smoothly, especially during busy periods. Be dependable and accountable by arriving on time, being prepared for scheduled shifts, completing assigned prep and closing duties, and stepping in to help the team when needed.
