Position Summary The Residential Cook plays a vital role in supporting our clients' recovery journey by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to accommodate a variety of dietary needs while maintaining kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals and desserts in accordance with established menus and portion guidelines Accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions as required Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely manner Set up and break down dining areas, ensuring a clean and orderly environment Deliver meals to designated areas at scheduled times Dispose of food waste and manage trash removal in accordance with health standards Clean and sanitize food stations, surfaces, and kitchen equipment Monitor and restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed Assist in maintaining kitchen appliances and reporting any maintenance concerns Qualifications Previous cooking or food service experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Why Join Us?
