Full Job Description Description:
The Prep Line Cook at Westmoor Country Club will skillfully prepare exceptional food for our members and their guests for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. This is a part-time. Experience is required; experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus. Part-time Benefits Free meals during shifts Access to golf, tennis, and pool facilities on designated Mondays Free parking Responsibilities Prepare a variety of established cold and hot food menu items Possess a working knowledge of all menus Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation Set up and maintain the station Help the culinary team prepare for special events, private functions, and evening service Assist with stocking and receiving product, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the department
Requirements:
Flexible work schedule; able to work holidays and weekends, three to four days per week, and are generally 8 hours long with the opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons Enthusiasm for producing high quality products Willingness to work as part of a team Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful culinary setting Pay Range $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience Please no phone calls or walk-ins
