Prep Cook - Full-Time or Part-Time 1917 Lake Wissota | Chippewa Falls, WI 1917 Lake Wissota is looking for motivated and dependable Prep Cooks to join our growing kitchen team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while helping create quality food for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for daily service, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and stocking Follow recipes and food preparation standards Assist line cooks during busy service periods as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, coolers, and storage spaces Properly label, date, and rotate food products Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Help with receiving and putting away deliveries Perform opening and closing kitchen duties

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and food quality Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
