Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all dishes meet our fine dining standards. If you thrive in the kitchen and enjoy working collaboratively with others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation and ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation tasks. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation of dishes. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or catering environments preferred. Strong background in food service and meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of culinary principles and techniques, including menu planning. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for the food industry and commitment to quality.
