In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, and supporting the overall flow of our kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm and culinary skills will help deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Support menu planning by assisting with ingredient inventory and stock rotation Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to sanitation standards Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed Serve dishes promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer service Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but we will train the right candidate Familiarity with food industry safety standards and proper food handling techniques Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation and cooking methods Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
