Chef Tory Miller's upbeat farm-to-table restaurant, Graze on the Capitol square, is looking to fill an Evening Line Cook position! Ideal candidates will have high volume restaurant experience. Must be clean, organized, efficient, take direction well, and remain calm under pressure. Nights and weekends are required.

Schedule:

Tuesday

• Saturday 3:30pm
• 10:30pm Duties include:
• prep and setup before service of assigned station
• cooking and plating of designated menu items
• listening and responding to the Chef to ensure a smooth service
• keeping station clean throughout the duration of the shift, and helping break down and clean the kitchen post service
• reporting low inventory or counts to the Chef
• reporting to a scheduled shift on time, with advanced notice to the Chef if there are scheduling conflicts Pay is an average of $23-27 per hour.
