General responsibilities for this position are preparing food items to specification, maintaining cleanliness in your station, good communication with FOH and BOH staff, and stocking. We have part time currently available, with Sunday and Monday nights a must. We are looking for someone with previous BOH experience who cares about food and is a good multitasker. We make everything from scratch, using fresh/quality ingredients, including our tortillas! Our BOH is part of a tip pool so someone who is a team player with good communication is a needed. Tips average $4-$6/hr in addition to your base wage, and are part of the listed compensation.
