PM Cook/Cooks Assistant

We are seeking a Part Time PM shift Cook/Cook's Assistant to join our team. Our starting wage for this 52.5 hours per pay period position is $20.15 per hour for Cook shifts and $18.15 per hour for Cook's Assistant shifts. Typical schedule is 11AM-7:30PM and 3PM-7:30PM. Our Shady Lane, Inc. campus provides quality care to residents needing rehab that focuses on goal oriented daily tasks; home-like assisted living; and customized skilled nursing care. The Cook/Cook's Assistant position will promote dignity and respect to residents and complete job duties while working in a team environment practicing good communication and cooperation. Some of the job duties include but are not limited to preparing and serving food, storing food properly, delivering meals, preparing and labeling nourishments, sanitizing food preparation equipment, dishes, and utensils while helping with supervision. In addition to the above duties, the Cook will assist with baking/cooking food for our residents while adhering to all Federal and State food safety regulations.
