We use fresh homemade noodles, and genuine broth combined with passion has made us a popular lunch and dinner spot in Middleton. Trio Ramen is hiring candidates that share our passion for serving customers and making fresh foods with the best ingredients. we are looking for dependable kitchen staff to support our expanded business demand. Kitchen staff is expected to be reliable and consistent with work they do. Kitchen staff requires working on their feet for the duration of their shifts, around scheduled breaks, in kitchens that may be uncomfortably warm. We are looking for team players that are willing to work with front and back staff in providing excellent service to our customers. The kitchen staff is responsible for

• Ensure the preparation is accomplished and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
• Prepare all components of each dish on the menu including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
• Follow instructions and be able to work as a team.
• Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Keep your area clean, organized and well stocked.
• Conduct yourself by Strings Ramen standards and values at all times. Qualifications
• Self-motivated, friendly individuals
• Works and communicates well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Open to suggestions and feedback
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 20-50 lbs
• Able to use cooking equipment of the business
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Hours:

full-time for 35-40 hours a week or Part-Time
