AM Prep Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with meal assembly, and ensuring that all food items meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning according to menu specifications Assist in assembling deli case sandwiches, sides, and portioning food items in a timely manner Follow food safety protocols to maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination Skills Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong food preparation and cooking skills with knowledge of food handling safety procedures Prior restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward serving others Scheduling hours range from 6AM-2PM.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
