Housekeeping Lead Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor staff within the building. Assist Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all employees. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their proper usage, storage, and maintenance. Perform Housekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in a housekeeping or environmental services role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patients, and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies or urgent situations as needed. High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and patient privacy. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
