Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Cashier and become the friendly face that enhances every customer's shopping experience! In this vital role, you will handle retail sales transactions with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. Your energy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will drive sales, promote store products, and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and swiftly Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections Handle cash drawer operations with precision, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily transactions Assist in merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains inviting and well-maintained Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Support inventory management by stocking products and assisting with stock counts as needed Work in a kitchen setting making personal pizza and appetizers to fill hot case continuously Make pizzas to order as they are called in Requirements Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to handle cash drawer handling accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly and confidently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Must be 18 or older Must be able to obtain a operator license to sell alcoholic beverages Must be available nights and weekends Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
