Job Description
Responsible for cooking orders in an orderly and timely manner, following company recipes, standards and protocol. Maintaining cleanliness even during the busiest of hours is required. Must be able to communicate with staff during busy hours. The ability to multitask in a high volume environment is a must. Ensuring proper food safety is being practiced. Must have basic knife skills, and a basic understanding of restaurant kitchen etiquette pertaining to prep, stock rotation, and other basic practices.
