Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong background in meal preparation and food handling. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each meal meets our standards of excellence. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances. Requirements Proven experience in food service or culinary roles, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and culinary techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team within the dietary department. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
