Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Assist with the cooking and presentation of meals according to our recipes and standards
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and well-being of our customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Help with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area as needed
• Assist with banquet preparations and service when required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• A passion for cooking and providing exceptional customer service
