Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Engage with customers to promote menu items and enhance their dining experience. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment is advantageous. Basic knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transaction accuracy is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
