Wyngate Senior Living Community in Weirton, West Virginia is looking for a Lead Cook / Kitchen Manager to oversee dining services in our assisted living community. What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve high-quality, home-style meals for residents Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control Create and maintain staff schedules Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a restaurant or communal living setting (assisted living, senior living, healthcare, etc.) Experience with food ordering and inventory management Proven ability to lead, manage, and schedule staff ServSafe Certification (required) Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail A hospitality-focused mindset and passion for serving others
