Job Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, where your passion for food and culinary skills will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and creativity. Your enthusiasm for food industry standards and commitment to quality will help deliver exceptional dining experiences. This position offers a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and a love for culinary arts are celebrated every day. Kitchen experience is required. Duties Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen area Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Use knife skills efficiently to chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for various dishes Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within restaurants or food service environments Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Experience working in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers and supporting colleagues
