General Construction - Concrete/Carpentry

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Workers with experience in concrete, carpentry, metal siding/roofing, and PEMB erection to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, performing manual labor, and supporting skilled tradespeople on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Big Horn Contracting primarily works with pre-engineered metal building erection, metal roofing/siding, general carpentry, landscaping, concrete, and demolition. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and contribute to building projects from start to finish. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks Perform general labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas Support carpenters, concrete finishers, steel erectors, and other tradespeople as needed Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency Assist with demolition work or site cleanup as required Qualifications Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is preferred Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site This position is essential for supporting successful construction projects through hard work, teamwork, and dedication. Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
