style="list-style-type:disc- -Assist cooks in the preparation and service of menu items. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Taste all the food on the line and make sure it is up to specification. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Check and refill soups and other supplies during service to ensure sufficient supply is on hand. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Ensure preparation is always stays ahead. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Pick up store room requisitions as required. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Take and note meal breaks every day style="list-style-type:disc
- -Must be flexible and adapt to changes style="list-style-type:disc
- -Follow guideline requirement of our E.H.S. as well as proper disposal of oils at night style="list-style-type:disc
- -Perform opening and closing duties as assigned style="list-style-type:disc
- -Keep sanitation levels to company standards style="list-style-type:disc

Senior Management Job Requirements:

- -Required to live on property in the assigned housing or employee RV park style="list-style-type:disc
- -Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger and sauté style="list-style-type:disc
- -High volume cooking experience. style="list-style-type:disc
- -Will work mostly indoors unless outside events organized style="list-style-type:disc
- -Knowledge of Kitchen Chemicals and MSDS style="list-style-type:disc
- -Equipment Used in

Slicers, Choppers, Steam Kettles, Hot water Baths, Tilt Skillets, Ranges, Ovens, Fryers. style="list-style-type:disc- -Clean White double-breasted chef's jacket, apron, checked pant / black pant and chef's hat provided by the company.
Preferred Skills:
