Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Detailer and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality car wash and detailing services that leave vehicles looking pristine and customers delighted. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every vehicle meets our high standards of cleanliness and shine, creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Pay will be $45 an hour on average + tips You also get to create your own schedule! Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior washes, including hand washing, pressure washing, and drying to achieve a spotless finish. Conduct interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and window cleaning to ensure a fresh, polished look. Utilize detailing techniques such as buffing with rags and applying protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity. Operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including pressure washers, vacuums, and steam cleaners. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns professionally and promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in car wash detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning techniques such as buffing, window tinting (nice-to-have), and general detailing. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus for moving vehicles or equipment. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
