This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with vehicles, and is comfortable providing professional detailing services at customers' homes, workplaces, and other locations. Technicians will perform interior and exterior detailing, paint decontamination, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating preparation and application, and other vehicle-care services while delivering excellent customer service. This position begins with a 2-week paid training and evaluation period at $17.50 per hour, starting part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment based on performance, reliability, skill development, and business needs. The ideal candidate is physically capable of working outdoors in Arkansas heat, cold, humidity, and changing weather conditions and is comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and performing hands-on work throughout the day. Detailing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities As a Mobile Auto Detailing Technician , you will be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality vehicle detailing services at customer locations throughout the Little Rock area. You will represent Kleen It Like We Mean It directly with customers, so professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in your work are essential. Travel to customer homes, workplaces, and other service locations. Safely operate company vehicles and detailing equipment. Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle detailing on cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles. Wash, dry, vacuum, and clean vehicles using professional techniques and products. Deep clean carpets, upholstery, leather, plastics, dashboards, door panels, and other interior surfaces. Clean wheels, tires, wheel wells, trim, glass, and exterior surfaces. Perform paint decontamination, clay-bar treatments, polishing, waxing, and paint protection services. Assist with and perform paint correction after receiving proper training. Assist with ceramic coating preparation and application according to company procedures. Perform engine-bay cleaning using appropriate cleaning products, tools, and techniques. Use pressure washers, foam cannons, extractors, steamers, vacuums, polishers, and other professional detailing equipment safely. Maintain and organize all equipment, chemicals, towels, and supplies. Follow company procedures for chemical handling, vehicle protection, safety, and quality control. Inspect completed work to ensure vehicles meet Kleen It Like We Mean It quality standards before leaving the customer's location. Take before-and-after photos and document completed services when required. Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns. Protect customer vehicles, property, and belongings while performing services. Work safely and efficiently in hot, cold, humid, windy, and changing outdoor conditions . Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company. Arrive on time and be prepared for each scheduled job. Continue learning new detailing techniques, products, equipment, and services as the company grows.
