Job Description
Overview Subaru Superstore of Chandler is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. Your energetic approach will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by presenting vehicles that look their absolute best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle detailing while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to ensure pristine condition Execute car wash procedures efficiently while maintaining safety standards Apply buffing and polishing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance and remove surface imperfections Full paint correction including overspray removal, scratch and swirl removal. Full interior cleaning, shampoo carpets, cloth and leath Headlight restoration Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties and custodial tasks regularly Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction during the detailing process Qualifications 4+ years prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate 4+ years color sand and buff experience. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to operate cleaning tools, buffing machines, and basic automotive equipment safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for any driving responsibilities involved in the role Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks efficiently, work in all weather conditions, and work well within a team Must be 18 with valid drivers license and clean driving record We provide a positive, professional work environment.
