Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to provide exceptional vehicle cleaning and maintenance services directly at our customers' locations. As a Mobile Detailer, you will be the face of our brand, delivering high-quality detailing services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your work will help customers enjoy a spotless vehicle without the hassle of visiting a shop, making their experience convenient and satisfying. This job is starting part-time (15-20hrs per week) but can turn into a full-time position. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive car detailing, and cleaning services at customer locations, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and surface cleaning. Maintain high standards of cleanliness inside and outside vehicles, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly, including pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, generators, and other detailing tools. Communicate clearly with customers to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment. Keep detailed records of services performed and ensure all tools and supplies are properly maintained for each job. Qualifications Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and follow safety protocols diligently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable pulling detail trailer safely to various customer locations. Basic knowledge of car care techniques such as washing, waxing and interior cleaning is a plus. Ability to work independently in different environments while maintaining attention to detail.
