We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Cleaner / Fleet Associate to join our fast-growing car rental company. This role is essential to ensuring our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready to deliver a great experience for every customer. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and take on increasing responsibility as we expand our fleet and operations. Key Responsibilities Clean and detail rental vehicles (interior and exterior) to company standards Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance needs Prepare vehicles for new customer pickups Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and work area Support overall fleet operations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in car cleaning, detailing, or similar role is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors and be physically active (standing, bending, lifting) Preferred Traits Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Takes initiative and works independently Interested in long-term growth and advancement

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
